Senior Commissioning Manager : Qatar

Description:

Senior Commissioning Manager Qatar Participates in providing execution strategies, documentation review, development and implementation, manage engineering approach to the precommissioning,commissioning, start-up, testing and turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to the client per contract. Responsible for auditing, developing, reviewing and maintaining the commissioning schedules, controlling all costs associated with commissioning labor and equipment, Commissioning Plans, managing commissioning engineers, and integrating activities with Engineering, Construction Management, Procurement and Commissioning activities and deliverables. Support, review or establishes system boundaries, scopes of work, and commissioning execution plans. .Communicates commissioning roles and scope for members of design and construction teams; understands the commissioning test plans/protocols, and coordinates and/or attends design, construction and operability reviews .Prepares commissioning progress reports for management, clients, or others and develop written test procedures as well as coordinate, witness, and document startup and functional tests Act as Turnover Manager responsible for execution of turnover packages and the tracking of the systems to final turnover to the client.

Qualifications:
15+ years of petrochemical facilities construction, operation, pre-commissioning orcommissioning experience. Must be willing to travel Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of plant processes, EPC execution, scheduling and estimating Must be able to develop / prepare Commissioning, estimates, proposals, schedules, and procedures
