Technical Officer

 Senior Project Engineer –Aerospace

Responsibilities

• Set up of new repairs and products for enhance repair capabilities, and meet aerospace regulatory requirements (FAA and EASA) and manage the project until approvals obtained
• Manage to reach time table and budget set for project completion
• Transfer new repair development to process engineer to introduce to production
• Monitor and identify market opportunities for new repair development
• Use reverse engineering technology and, computation methods to produce FAA PMA applications
• Work independently on complex projects required interface with suppliers and customers
• Design applications for gas turbine hardware using 3-D ProE and CAD systems and perform analysis utilizing design software
• Define and conduct required dimensional inspections utilizing CMM
• Program and collect data using CMM, PC-DMIS
• Develop solid models and drawings, review designs produced for accuracy
• Organization and maintenance of engineering documents
• Prepare reports and documents to be submitted to customers and regulatory agencies
